ANTH 241 - Introduction to Forensic Anthropology This course provides students with a basic introduction to forensic anthropology and its context within the forensic sciences, including its three major subfields: forensic archaeology, taphonomy and osteology. Students will gain a general understanding of the methods used by forensic anthropologists in the search and recovery of human remains, determination of time since death, and analysis of human skeletal remains.
