AE 321 - Lead Rock Climbing Advanced course focusing on selection and placement of protection gear, route finding, lead climbing techniques and belaying, multi-pitch climbing, advanced anchor building, rescue systems, and climbing instructional strategies. At least one year of personal top-rope climbing experience is necessary before enrollment in AE 321.
Prerequisites: AE 101 AND AE 121 OR Instructor Permission
