ANTH 236 - Introduction to Biological Anthropology This course provides a study of humans from a biocultural perspective, within an evolutionary framework. Topics to be explored in the classroom and laboratory include the genetic basis for human evolution, techniques for studying skeletal anatomy, nonhuman primate and human adaptations, as well as the hominin fossil record and modern human variation.
