GEOL 435 - Groundwater Geology The qualitative and quantitative study of hydrology; topics include hydraulics, aquifer properties and functions, methods, and contaminant transport. The focus is the movement of water through saturated and unsaturated porous media and the transport of solutes through porous materials. Emphasis is placed on physical processes and associated measurement methods on multiple scales, from a soil sample to a watershed.
