REQUIREMENTS FOR A BACHELOR OF ARTS DEGREE WITH A MAJOR IN SPANISH:

General Education - Credits: 39

To earn a major in Spanish, a student is required to complete the equivalent of 40 credits of course work in the language. 100-level courses do not count toward the major.

ML 215 - Intermediate Spanish I Credits: 4
ML 216 - Intermediate Spanish II Credits: 4
ML 319 - Adv Spanish Convers & Comp I Credits: 4
* ML 320 - Adv Spanish Composition Credits: 4
ML 336 - Survey of Spanish Lit Credits: 4
ML 337 - Survey Spanish American Lit Credits: 4
ML 345 - Hisp Cultures & Civilizations Credits: 4
ML 346 - Topics: Hispanic Cultures Credits: 4

One of the following courses:

* ML 431 - Seminar in Chicano Literature Credits: 4
* ML 496 - Seminar in Spanish Credits: 4
