Chemistry Major - Chemistry Option

The Chemistry option prepares students for professional work in various areas of applied chemistry in the chemical industry, for admission to graduate programs in chemistry, and for interdisciplinary careers in the medical and environmental fields.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A BACHELOR OF SCIENCE DEGREE WITH A MAJOR IN CHEMISTRY - CHEMISTRY OPTION:


Liberal Arts Core - Credits: 39

Subtotal Departmental Core Requirements - Credits: 36


Subtotal Other Specific Departmental Requirements - Credits: 12


Plus any two of these courses that add to a minimum of four credits:
