English - Writing Minor

REQUIREMENTS FOR A MINOR IN WRITING:

No more than one course from the major department will count toward any minor. A student majoring in any discipline other than English may complete a minor in Writing upon satisfactorily completing the following requirements:

ENGL 267 - Persuasive Writing Credits: 4

Plus, three writing courses selected from the following - Credits: 12

ENGL 215 - News Media Writing Credits: 4
ENGL 315 - Media Writing:Topics Credits: 4
ENGL 363 - Advanced Composition Credits: 4
ENGL 366 - Teaching Writing Credits: 4
ENGL 464 - Creative Writing Credits: 4

TOTAL REQUIRED FOR WRITING MINOR - CREDITS: 16
