REQUIREMENTS FOR A CERTIFICATE IN GERONTOLOGY:

A student majoring in any discipline may complete a certificate in Gerontology upon satisfactory fulfilling the core and elective requirements:

Core Courses:

PH 101 - Principles of Public Health Credits: 3 ^g
PSYC 254 - Lifespan Human Development Credits: 3 ^f,g
SOC 320 - Community Internship Credits: 1-16 ^g - minimum three (3) credits.
SOC 323 - Sociology of Aging Credits: 3 ^g
