REQUIREMENTS FOR A CERTIFICATE IN REGENERATIVE FOOD SYSTEMS:

A student majoring in any discipline may complete a certificate in Regenerative Food Systems Certificate upon satisfactory fulfilling the core and elective requirements.

Core Courses:

ENVS 100 - Introduction to Environmental Studies Credits: 3 ^g

SOC 385 - Soil and Society Credits: 3 ^g

Complete one (1) course:

ENVS 319 - Agroecology Credits: 3 ^g,s
SOC 384 - Special Topics: Sustainability Credits: 3 ^g

Complete one (1) course:

ENVS 410 - Community Internship Credits: 3 ^f,g
SOC 320 - Community Internship Credits: 1-16 ^g - minimum three (3) credits
