REQUIREMENTS FOR A BACHELOR OF ARTS DEGREE WITH A MAJOR IN GENDER & WOMEN’S STUDIES:
Specific Departmental Requirements:

Practicum or Internship:
Students may sign up for an internship or practicum in any field, as long as the project undertaken is gender or women’s studies related. Be sure to check prerequisites for all courses. (Students must receive approval from the Gender Women’s Studies Coordinator before signing up for internship or practicum credit). Students may sign up for a minimum of 3 credit hours and a maximum of 6 credit hours in one of the following:

III. DISCIPLINARY EXPLORATIONS
Choose four from the list below. Three of the four must be from different disciplines. Two of the four must be upper division.Appropriate courses numbered 190/390 and other special topics course numbers (in addition to the courses listed below) may count if approved in advance by the GWS Coordinator.
