Prospective Students: You have a right to request an annual report of campus crime statistics and security practices. This report includes specific crime statistics relating directly to the Fort Lewis College campus, as well as campus security policies on crime prevention and reporting procedures.

Title IX
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and Part 106 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex, including in admission and employment. Inquiries about the application of Title IX and CFR 106 to Fort Lewis College may be directed to FLC’s Title IX Coordinator and/or to the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights of the Department of Education. Support resources for sexual misconduct and FLC’s sexual misconduct policies and grievance procedures for discrimination on the basis of sex are online at www.fortlewis.edu/CARE. These procedures also describe the College’s response to reports and/or complaints of sex discrimination or sexual harassment.
