PHIL 380 - 19th Century Philosophy In this course students will examine the major movements in 19th century European and American philosophy. The course will focus on the work of Hegel and its influence on Marx, Nietzsche, and Kierkegaard. In addition, some attention will be given to the developments of American pragmatist philosophy.
Prerequisites: PHIL 274 OR PHIL 379
