ENGL 483 - Methods and Materials for High School English Introduces and expands on materials and methods for teaching literature, language and composition in the secondary schools. Includes principles for the selection of literature for high school students and the relationship of language and composition to the total secondary program. Teaching techniques are a point of emphasis. To be taken in the fall semester, prior to student teaching.
