HIST 335 - Work and Workers in the U.S. Examines the history of work and workers in the United States from the colonial period to the present, focusing on the evolution of management techniques, government actions and legislation, and worker organizing and culture. The course will also relate the labor movement to debates over the meaning of democracy, citizenship, and equality.
