PSYC 328 - Industrial/Organizational Psychology This course explores the ways that psychology can help us to understand the behavior of people in the workplace. It includes study of the motivation and development of the individual employee as well as the group dynamics of the organization in which the employee functions. Equal emphasis will be placed upon understanding relevant psychological theory and learning how to apply psychology in practical situations.
