PH 225 - Food Safety and Security Students who successfully complete this course will understand key events that have led to our modern food safety practices, understand how food safety is regulated, understand the nature of food bourne illnesses, learn how to develop a professional food safety plan through risk based inspections, and understand basic tenets of food security.
