ED 322 - Foundations of Teaching This course provides a foundation for the core teacher education courses. Topics addressed include theories and models of learning, assessment and instructional design. Participants complete: 1) learning model maps, 2) objective and performance assessment instruments, 3) lesson plans, and 4) unit outline.
Credits: 4
Clock Hours - (Lect-Lab): (3-2)
Hours: 30 hours of classroom observational labs in area schools are required.
Prerequisites: ED 222 (minimum grade of B-)
Class Level Restriction: Sophomore standing
Notes: Students must complete this course with a B- or better for admission to the Teacher Education Licensure Program.
