ES 360 - Exercise Physiology This course deals with the physiological principles underlying specific aspects of physical fitness and human exercise performance. Emphasis is placed on the nature of the metabolic, muscular, cardiovascular and pulmonary responses to various forms of short- and long-term exercise workouts as well as specific adaptations to exercise training. Where possible, the potential health-related aspects of exercise training will be explored.
