MU 324 - Baroque Ensemble

A survey, through performance, or music written during the 17th and 18th centuries. Baroque performance practices will be studied through the performance and both instrumental and vocal repertoire. Special attention will be given to literature, style, ornamentation, improvisation, and basso continuo.
