PSYC 424 - Stereotyping and Prejudice The history of human groups is replete with examples of how our treatment of others depends on their membership in various social categories (e.g., race, gender). This course examines psychological factors that contribute to stereotyping and prejudice and its consequences for victims. Primary sources are read with the goal of understanding the various ways that these processes impact intergroup relations.
