CRIM 340 - Cybercrime


This course navigates the intricacies of cybercrime by scrutinizing key elements such as phishing, ransomware attacks, identity theft, distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks, malware, cyber espionage, insider threats, online scams and fraud, cryptojacking, child exploitation, cyberbullying, and cyberterrorism. The course is grounded in various theories and disciplines including History, Criminology, Biopolitics, Law, and Cultural Studies.
