NAIS 325 - Native American Language Revitalization This course takes in-depth look at the factors involved in language death and shift, and how community-based efforts have reversed this process through revitalization, documentation, and preservation efforts. These efforts, rooted in education and teaching of language will be the focus of a final project, where students create a lesson plan focused on teaching the grammar of their heritage language.
