Honors Minor

REQUIREMENTS FOR A MINOR IN HONORS:

A student majoring in any discipline may complete a minor in Honors upon satisfactorily fulfilling the core requirements. At least twelve (12) credits must be discrete from any other major or minor.

Core Courses:

Minor Electives:

LAC Courses with Honors Attribute:

  • Complete a minimum of two (2) Liberal Arts Courses (LAC) with Honors attribute.

Honors Topics:

Complete a minimum of three (3) Honors Topics courses.Topics must be different. 

Other Requirements:

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher required.
  • Honors minor GPA of 3.0 or higher required.

TOTAL REQUIRED FOR MINOR - Credits: 23

Note: The Honor Minor is only available to students who have been admitted to the Honors Program.
