Pre-Law Minor

REQUIREMENTS FOR A MINOR IN PRE-LAW:

A student may complete a minor in Pre-Law upon satisfactorily fulfilling the core and elective requirements. At least twelve (12) credits must be discrete from any other major or minor.

Core Courses:

PHIL 271 - Logic Credits: 3
PS 340 - Constitution Law: Bill Of Rights Credits: 3 ^e
OR
PS 341 - Constitution Law: Federalism and Separation of Power Credits: 3 ^e

Minor Electives:

Complete a minimum of four (4) courses with the following requirements:

Complete a course in at least two (2) different areas (Business Administration, Communications, Law, Philosophy, Social Sciences).
At least three (3) courses must upper division.

TOTAL REQUIRED FOR MINOR - CREDITS: 18

Prior to course registration, students should review all courses for prerequisites, minimum prerequisite grade requirements and minimum class standing.

^e This course may not be used to fulfill the Core and Minor Electives requirements at the same time.
