Communication Design Minor

REQUIREMENTS FOR A MINOR IN COMMUNICATION DESIGN:

A student majoring in any discipline other than Communication Design may complete a minor in Communication Design upon satisfactorily fulfilling the core and elective requirements. At least twelve (12) credits must be discrete from any other major or minor.

ART 112 - 2D Design Credits: 3
ART 210 - Communication Design Practice Credits: 3
ART 230 - Print Design Credits: 3
ART 240 - Typography Credits: 3
ART 330 - Advertising Design Credits: 3
ART 360 - History of Visual Communication Credits: 3
ART 380 - Interactive Design I Credits: 3

TOTAL REQUIRED FOR MINOR - CREDITS: 21

Prior to course registration, students should review all courses for prerequisites, minimum prerequisite grade requirements and minimum class standing.

Note: Students may major in Art K-12 Education or Studio Art , at least twelve (12) credits must be discrete from an other major or minor.
