MK 370 - Personal Sales/Sales Promotion This course focuses on the relationship established between buyers and sellers, initial contact with prospects, sales presentations, negotiating handling objections, closing, follow-through, and after-sale servicing. Guest speakers provide insights into a variety of sales-oriented careers. Also included is a module covering trade and consumer sales promotion techniques and practices.
