ES 270 - Activity Through the Lifespan This course is an introduction to how fitness and exercise needs change throughout the lifespan and the concepts will be reinforced in other courses in the curriculum. The course will encourage students to expand their knowledge from general fitness concepts to those related concepts of normal changes as one ages. This course will also give foundational skills to be expanded upon in the upper division course such as ES 310 when developing exercise prescriptions for a variety of individuals within a population.
