PS 342 - Constitutional Law This course covers the Constitutional rights of citizens to freedom of speech and press, freedom of religion, privacy, discrimination, and others as interpreted by the U.S. Supreme Court. It incorporates comparative perspectives on fundamental human rights under international law. In addition, it examines federalism and the powers of and limitations on the three branches of government.
