HS 435 - Professional Dietetics This course focuses on the scope and standards of practice for a nutrition professional, including professional roles, responsibilities, ethics, and advocating for the profession. Additionally, students have opportunities for supervised observation, application of nutrition practice, and experience in nutrition programming.
