Students become adept in design, visual communication, problem solving, critical analysis, and creative production. Four options within the major allow students to focus their studies according to individual interest and professional goals.
The Business Art option combines courses in studio art, art history, and business. The Graphic Design option prepares students to be professional graphic designers. The Art K-12 Teaching option includes training in a variety of art disciplines plus teaching methods. The Art option allows students to focus on studio art.
