REQUIREMENTS FOR A MINOR IN NUTRITION:

A student majoring in any discipline other than Nutrition may complete a minor in Nutrition upon satisfactorily fulfilling the core and elective requirements. At least twelve (12) credits must be discrete from any other major or minor.

HS 220 - Food Science Credits: 3
HS 310 - Nutrition Through the Lifecycle Credits: 3
