CREDITS REQUIRED FOR A MINOR IN FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT:
A student majoring in any discipline may complete a minor in Food Service Management upon satisfactorily fulfilling the core requirements. At least twelve (12) credits must be discrete from any other major or minor.
Any 200 level or above Business Administration Course
TOTAL REQUIRED FOR MINOR - CREDITS: 18
