Food Service Management Minor


CREDITS REQUIRED FOR A MINOR IN FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT:


A student majoring in any discipline may complete a minor in Food Service Management upon satisfactorily fulfilling the core requirements. At least twelve (12) credits must be discrete from any other major or minor.

Minor Choice:


Choose four (4) of the following courses. At least two (2) must be upper division courses.

TOTAL REQUIRED FOR MINOR - CREDITS: 18


Prior to course registration, students should review all courses for prerequisites, minimum prerequisite grade requirements and minimum class standing.
