REQUIREMENTS FOR A MINOR IN ACCOUNTING:

A student in any discipline other than Accounting may complete a minor in Accounting upon satisfactorily fulfilling the following requirements:

ACC 225 - Intro to Financial Accounting Credits: 4
ACC 226 - Intro to Managerial Accounting Credits: 4
ACC 323 - Intermediate Accounting I Credits: 4

Total: 12

Electives:

Any combination of upper-division Accounting courses totaling a minimum of 6 hours.

Total Elective Credits: 6

TOTAL REQUIRED FOR ACCOUNTING MINOR - CREDITS: 18

If any of the courses required for this minor have been completed elsewhere and transferred into Fort Lewis at less than four credit hours, the student must take additional upper division accounting hours to meet the minimum of 18 credit hours needed for a minor in Accounting.
