HIST 296 - Introduction to Philosophy and Methods Students will study the history of History (Historiography) through ancient, medieval, and modern historians and the many ways scholars have studied, interpreted and represented the past. Students will become familiar with important debates as articulated by historians, and become aware of historical themes, epistemologies, and methodologies and arguments.
