PSYC 330 - Animal Behavior This course emphasizes the field of ethology. The course will describe the behavior of a wide range of animal species (including various insects, birds, reptiles, amphibians, and mammals). Human behavior will not be emphasized. The course will require students to understand and implement various behavioral techniques such as estimation, classification, and analysis. Theoretical orientation will be based on historic ethological and evolutionary perspectives. Nonpsychology majors with science background are welcome.
Prerequisites: PSYC 301
