MU 312 - Woodwind Ensemble

A survey, through performance, of the literature composed for woodwind instruments from the Renaissance through avant-garde schools of composition. May include the use of ancient instruments where applicable. Students are expected to take responsible roles in the ensemble such as: soloists, section leaders, or conductors/managers. Consent of instructor and enrollment in band required.
