ES 243 - Personal Health This course is a study of personal health and wellness. Every effort will be made to create a practical approach toward developing awareness, education and growth that will allow for enhanced personal wellness. The responsibility for our health and personal well-being belongs to each of us individually. This course will allow students to gain an understanding of how they as individuals fit into a complex system of interconnectedness. Various theories of wellness will be presented to emphasize the importance of balancing the connection of body, mind and spirit for intrapersonal health, interpersonal health, community health and global health.
