Note: *This map assumes student has COMP 150  placement in Composition and MATH 132  placement in Mathematics. Students with different placements must work with advisors to adjust the map.

Note: **Geosciences requirement of major will have student complete either SC1 or SC2.  Depending on which LAC category was completed by Geosciences requirement, select the other LAC category for Spring First Year.  Class choice for Biology & Ecology requirement may also affect this decision.  Work with your advisor to plan accordingly.

Note: ***BIO 382  is offered during Summer term and can be taken to complete 1 of 2 Biology and Ecology course requirements.

Note: ****ENV 395  can be taken in Fall or Spring term of Junior or Senior year.

Note: *****If needed to complete 3 total credits of Interdisciplinary Electives.  If student previously completed 3 credits towards this requirement, take a Free Elective in Spring Senior Year instead.

Note: This map is a suggested course sequence. Please consult your academic advisor for alternate sequencing.

Note: Course choices may affect the number of additional LAC courses and free electives needed. In addition to major and LAC requirements, complete enough free electives to reach at least 120 total credits, including a minimum of 36 upper-division (300- and 400-level) credits.

Note: Students must earn 30 credits by the end of Year 1 to be classified as a Sophomore, 60 credits by the end of Year 2 to be a Junior, and 90 credits by the end of Year 3 to be a Senior. To meet these thresholds, some students may need to take additional credits beyond the suggested course sequence.
