Complete the requirements in Breadth Areas and Additional Psychology Courses. At least 21 credits of 30 credits (7 of the 10 courses) must be upper division in the Major Electives (Breadth Areas and Additional Psychology).

Student must complete at least five (5) of six (6) main content areas of psychology from the following:

Additional Psychology Courses:


The student must complete additional psychology coursework for a minimum of fifteen (15) credits. Courses may be chosen from any offered by the department or accepted as transfer psychology courses with the exception of Independent Study (PSYC 299 /PSYC 499 ).

Upper Division Requirement - Credits: 36


Among the total required courses, at least 36 credits must be upper division (300- and 400-level) courses. This major will require additional courses to meet the upper division requirement.
